What we do

• Planners describe their event on our site. We show them partner venues that fit; they pick up to three, and only the venues they pick receive the enquiry, by email, the same day. (A 24/7 phone line and text delivery come later; we will tell you before they start.)
• If a planner also asks for servers, bartenders or chefs, our staffing partner receives it the same way.
• Your listing shows only what you give us: photos, capacity, price range, event types. You can change or remove it at any time.

What you pay

• Nothing to join, no monthly fee, no setup fee. We do not guarantee any number of leads.
• Each amount is about 10% of an average venue bill for that size of event, and it is always a flat amount: never a percentage of your food, beverage or room sales.
• The guest count is the one the planner gave us, unless your signed contract or deposit receipt puts the event in a different size band; then the contract counts.
• "Booked" means you took a deposit or signed a contract for that event, whichever comes first.
• Staffing partners: $100 per event booked from our lead, one fee per event whatever the number of shifts or staff. For staffing, "booked" means the planner accepted your quote or paid a deposit. The rules below apply the same way.

Which bookings count

• A lead is the planner we sent you, matched by name, phone or email, including anyone booking the same event on their behalf.
• A fee is due if that lead books with you within 12 months of the date we sent it. The booking date counts, not the event date. A later enquiry from the same planner through your own website or another channel still counts.
• Already knew them? Within 48 hours of receiving a lead, email us an earlier dated record of that planner asking about the same event. After 48 hours the lead counts as ours.
• Each month you confirm in writing which of our leads booked. We may also ask the planner.

Your part

• Reply to each enquiry within 24 hours. If nobody from your team replies, we tell the planner and offer them other venues; we only send their details to a venue the planner then picks.
• Keep your availability, capacity and price range current.

Invoicing and term

• Tell us within 7 days of a booking; we then send a Stripe invoice, due in 15 days.
• If the event is cancelled and you refund the whole deposit, we cancel or refund our fee; if you keep any of the deposit, the fee stands.
• New leads pause while an invoice is more than 30 days overdue.
• Month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice; leads already delivered stay covered for their 12 months.
• Florida law; Palm Beach County courts.

What we never do

• Take deposits, sell alcohol, or book hotel rooms or room blocks.
• Share a planner's details with any venue they did not choose, or sell them to anyone.
• Hide that you pay us: our site tells planners we only show venues that have signed up, and that they pay a fee when an event books.
